This agreement is concluded between tik.LV (hereinafter – the Company), registration number 40003931744, and the Buyer who makes a purchase in the Company’s online store tik.lv.
1. Subject of the Agreement
A distance contract is an agreement between the Buyer and the Company based on an offer provided by the Company via the Internet. The distance contract applies to all orders placed in the Company’s online store tik.lv.
The distance contract becomes valid as soon as the Buyer places an order online and receives an order confirmation from the Company by phone or email.
Orders and order confirmations are considered received when the parties to whom they are addressed have access to them.
2. Orders
The Buyer may shop in the online store tik.lv only after registering as a natural person or a legal entity. To place an order in the online store tik.lv:
- the Buyer must click the "Add to Cart" button for the selected product,
- select delivery and billing addresses,
- choose the delivery method.
To complete the order and submit it for processing, the Buyer must click the “Checkout” button.
Please note that the Buyer is solely responsible for providing correct information (name, surname, company details, delivery and billing address, contact phone number, etc.). If incorrect information is provided, the Buyer must contact tik.lv as soon as possible (within 2 business days) via e-mail tir@tir.lv (any time of day) or through the contact form. If an order is received by a third party due to incorrect information provided by the Buyer (for example, selecting Omniva parcel delivery and entering an incorrect phone number to which the opening code is sent), tik.lv bears no responsibility.
The order is considered placed if a confirming notification is displayed on the screen.
Prices of goods and delivery costs may be changed without prior notice.
The valid prices are those displayed in the online store tik.lv on the date of the visit.
If the order is placed on one date but paid for on another, please note that promotions may be valid for one day or even a few hours. Therefore, the final price is the one confirmed by the manager at the moment of order processing. In such cases, the Buyer may be asked to pay the price difference.
Discounts on sale and promotional goods do not accumulate.
The electronically concluded contract cannot be viewed later on the website, and the Company does not store copies of the contract.
Product descriptions are based on information provided by manufacturers and suppliers; descriptions and images are for informational purposes and may be subject to change.
According to changes determined by manufacturers and suppliers, product configuration and parameters may be adjusted.
If the selected product is not available, the Company may offer an equivalent replacement product.
Orders can be placed:
- at any time of the day via the online store tik.lv,
- by sending an email to tir@tir.lv.
3. Terms of payment
Purchases may be paid for in the following ways:
- by paying the invoice in advance via internet banking or at a payment acceptance location,
- through the Paysera payment system,
- in cash upon receiving the goods, if the delivery method “Courier in Riga” is selected.
Once the Buyer’s order is received, an invoice is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer, and it must be paid before receiving the goods. Delivery is carried out after the payment is received in the iport.lv settlement account. When making the payment, the invoice number must be indicated.
Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer is issued a delivery note, which must be signed to confirm receipt of the goods.
4. Confidentiality
The Company undertakes not to disclose or transfer information about the Buyer to third parties without the Buyer’s written consent, except in cases required by the laws of the Republic of Latvia or this agreement.
By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read the terms of this agreement and agree that their data will be used for order processing and product delivery. The Buyer also agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of the order to the email address provided.
